Esto es lo que harás durante un día típico:
Mantener las instalaciones en óptimas condiciones: Realizar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en habitaciones, áreas públicas y áreas de servicio del hotel.
Atender reparaciones generales: Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con plomería, electricidad básica, pintura, carpintería, cerrajería y acabados.
Realizar inspecciones rutinarias: Identificar oportunidades de mejora y posibles fallas en equipos e instalaciones para garantizar la seguridad y comodidad de huéspedes y colaboradores.
Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de mantenimiento: Responder de manera oportuna a reportes generados por huéspedes y diferentes departamentos del hotel.
Mantener herramientas y equipos en buen estado: Utilizar y resguardar adecuadamente las herramientas, materiales y equipos asignados para el desempeño de las actividades.
Apoyar proyectos y mejoras de las instalaciones: Participar en trabajos de remodelación, pintura, reparación y conservación de las instalaciones cuando sea requerido.
Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad: Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad, salud ocupacional y mantenimiento establecidos para garantizar un entorno seguro para huéspedes y miembros del equipo.
