Mission: Participate in the preparation/regeneration and presentation of food produced in the assigned kitchen, through the efficient performance of your duties, complying at all times with the quality standards and recipes established for each of the dishes requested, paying special attention to the creativity, composition, seasoning and presentation of the same to ensure the satisfaction of guests and clients, obtaining their recognition and preference for the food of the Hotel.

What will I have to do?

• Participate with a degree of autonomy and responsibility in kitchen preparations under the supervision of your supervisor. Carry out basic preparations, as well as any other tasks related to culinary preparations that may be assigned.
• I will prepare the finishing touches on the dishes for which I have received appropriate training.
• Maintain order and organization of the chambers and refrigerators in your area of ​​operation, for the proper use of the products.
• Comply with the cleaning and hygiene procedures and standards in the performance of your duties, ensuring the quality and reliability of the food that is prepared.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar position in 4 and 5* Hotels
• Knowledge of food handling, hygiene and food safety.
• Own culinary knowledge.
• Versatility within the services offered
• Teamwork, passion for service and customer focus.
• Team spirit.
