The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily maintenance and presentation of the hotel’s gardens, lawns, trees, irrigation systems, and outdoor landscaped areas. The role ensures all landscaping activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Landscape Operations

• Supervise the daily maintenance of all landscaped areas, gardens, lawns, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and outdoor public spaces.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of gardeners and landscape attendants.
• Ensure landscaped areas are maintained to the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or improvement.
• Monitor seasonal planting, pruning, fertilization, mulching, and lawn care activities.
• Ensure all outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Irrigation Systems

• Monitor the operation of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules.
• Inspect sprinklers, valves, pumps, controllers, and irrigation lines for proper functionality.
• Report irrigation faults and coordinate repairs with the Engineering team.
• Promote water conservation through efficient irrigation practices.
• Maintain accurate irrigation maintenance records.

Team Supervision

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the landscape team.
• Conduct daily briefings and assign work priorities.
