About the role

Utilizing your exceptional skills and your passion for delivering fresh and wholesome meals. Work alongside a dedicated team of Chefs to assist with preparation of meals and delivering a memorable dining experience. A great opportunity for a passionate cook who is committed to the preparation and presentation of meals that will exceed expectations.

Critical responsibilities: 

• Competent in food preparation

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu

• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner

• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature

• Capable of prioritizing work within established routines, methods and procedures

• Post-meal time cleaning of kitchen

• Have a genuine love of cooking and delivering food to a high standard.

• You are organized and understand the importance of sound food safety practices and personal presentation
