Join our team in Kochi as a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping! You are at the heart of our hospitality operation. In this role, you will take ownership of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your dedication to excellence and attention to detail will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms and common areas to our established standards, paying meticulous attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to personalize their experience, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism
• Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
• Organize and manage your workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet daily cleaning schedules and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards at all times
