Based in Melbourne with regular travel to the beautiful Marysville region, this is an exciting opportunity to lead sales growth for one of Victoria’s most unique resort destinations. We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to be based in Melbourne and take ownership of driving growth across our conferencing, events and leisure markets. With travel to Marysville as required, this role offers the opportunity to showcase a truly unique destination, build strong client partnerships and directly influence property performance and commercial success.

As Director of Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence and building long-term partnerships across corporate, events and leisure segments.

Working closely with Revenue and Marketing teams, you will develop and execute sales strategies that maximise opportunities, strengthen client relationships and position Peppers Marysville as a premier regional destination.
