Melià  Hotels International is looking for a  Concierge  to join our team at  Torre Melina A Gran Melià Hotel .

Mission: The Concierge, as an expert prescriber and authentic ambassador of the destination, is responsible for receiving and managing customer requests, always providing them with unique and personalized services and products and committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.

Primary responsibility:

• To fulfill the destination experience strategy, offering customers unique services and products that meet their preferences.
• Efficiently manage all guest requests, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimize the hotel’s extra revenue, committing to achieving total guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience by personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
• Manage customer incidents, following established protocols.
• Comply with the attributes, standards, and manuals that apply in your department.
• Efficiently use the different customer experience management tools, as well as understand the results of the Voice of the Customer, complying with the established improvement plans.
• Comply with the Sensory Architecture established for your area.
• Place orders for materials, following the established product guidelines, for the best optimization of economic resources.

What are we looking for?

• Training in Tourism, Public Relations or Similar.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork
• A high level of English is essential, and a second language is valued.
• Proactive, dynamic person with a strong service orientation
• Knowledge of hotel management tools.
• Excellent knowledge about the destination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Dedication to service and a strong focus on the luxury segment.
