Are you a visionary leader passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and operational excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead the housekeeping department, drive innovation in service delivery, and inspire your team to consistently exceed guest expectations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism.

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivational work environment that promotes growth and excellence
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet brand standards and organizational cleanliness requirements
• Establish and monitor productivity, quality, and service standards while ensuring full compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions to maintain consistent quality standards
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, and ordering of housekeeping supplies while analyzing costs and identifying opportunities for efficient resource utilization
