About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Food & Beverage Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Assistant Chief Steward is responsible to establish and maintain system and methods of operation necessary for the Stewarding Department to supply all outlets with clean, hygienic and timely mise-en-place whilst minimising cost through breakage control, loss or excessive chemical consumption and appropriate staffing level. The Assistant Chief Steward reports to the Executive Chef/Chief Steward.
