BEAUTICIAN-STYLIST

Job mission:

The Beautician provides quality service to clients in relation to beauty services, personal care and hair removal, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations, committed to achieving excellence in satisfaction.

What will you have to do?

• Manage operations by offering customers beauty, personal care and hair removal services, anticipating their needs and recommending the services that best suit their preferences.
• Perform each service according to established standards and protocols.
• Promote the services and products in the Spa, recommending services and treatments, applying upselling and crossselling techniques.
• Ensure that work areas are in good condition for use and are left tidy after use.
• Control the stock of materials necessary to perform the requested services, ensuring their correct use and replacement according to established protocols, and requesting additional materials when required.
  • Understand the Brand’s philosophy and comply with the standards, operating manuals and identity guidelines that apply to your department.
  • To ensure a positive customer experience and personalize their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. 
  • Address customer issues, communicating the actions taken to your supervisor. Escalate the issue to your supervisor if you are unable to provide a solution.
  • Understand the Voice of the Customer objectives and take the necessary actions to achieve them. 
  • Support your manager with the Sensory Architecture established for your areas. 
  • To know and promote the hotel’s services and facilities, as well as the entertainment program, experiences and events

  What  are we looking for?

  • Local language (depending on the geographical location of the establishment) and Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic and cosmetology treatments.
  • Knowledge about beauty and cosmetology products.
  • Sales skills.
