The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overall financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations, and safeguarding the hotel’s financial integrity. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role leads the Finance Department and works closely with department heads to support business performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.
