The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with Anantara’s culinary standards. The role oversees daily food production, maintains food safety and hygiene standards, supports the development of junior kitchen team members, and works closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control.
