Position Summary

Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Diriyah is seeking an exceptional and commercially astute General Manager to lead one of the Kingdom’s most prestigious luxury hospitality destinations. As the executive leader of the hotel, the General Manager will be responsible for driving financial performance, elevating the guest experience, strengthening market positioning, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the business.

This role requires a highly experienced luxury hospitality leader with a proven track record as a General Manager within internationally recognized luxury hotel brands. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional leadership capabilities to maximize profitability while delivering the distinctive experiences synonymous with The Luxury Collection brand.

Candidate Profile Experience

• Significant General Manager experience within internationally recognized luxury hotel brands.
• Proven success leading luxury hotels with complex operations and multiple revenue streams.
• Strong commercial background with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, market share, profitability, and owner returns.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with Marriott International or another leading global luxury hospitality company is advantageous.
