The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Ability to prepare and present food orders according to Courtyard Bistro Standards
• Pay attention to portion
• Ensures cleanliness, proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Ensure that the hotel policies and procedures, cost control policies and procedures are followed
• Cleans and handles proper reusable food leftover after meal service. Re-organizes refrigerators, re-stock used items up to par and sets up for next meal period
• Checks quantity and quality of received goods
• Set up stock and maintain work areas
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
• Maintain standards of punctuality, uniform and personal hygiene as required by Hotel policy
• Follows all brand standards as outlined by Marriott
• Follows all policies, procedures and rules as stated in the Courtyard by Marriott safety and emergency policies and procedures
