How does your working day look like…

• Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: development and maintenance of personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the corresponding business segment
• Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities
• Participation in the creation and implementation of annual plans, campaigns and activities
• Representation of the hotels at trade fairs, networking events, sales calls and events
• Continuous market observation and analysis
• Conducting hotel tours
• Developing strategies and measures to increase the company’s success in consultation with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments
• CRM maintenance, administrative sales activities and follow-ups
• Responsibility for sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms

Your personality counts more than your CV…

• You have already worked in a hotel of a comparable size and not only managed the events department there, but have already taken on responsibility as a member of the squad
• You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson. Nevertheless you know what it means to handle administrative work cleanly and reliably
• Ideally you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems) and Opera
• You are a doer – and openly admit when you have done something wrong
• You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
