Le/la Standardiste est en charge de la réception des appels de l’hôtel, qu’il s’agisse d’appels internes ou externes. gère la prise de réveils et assure également le suivi des faxes clients au sein de l’hôtel.
Il/ elle doit connaître parfaitement les horaires d’ouverture et de fermeture des différents points de vente ainsi que le type de prestation proposé par chacun des services respectifs.
Il/elle est sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de son service : Superviseur et Responsable.
Le/la standardiste doit faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe, avoir une excellente présentation, avoir une bonne élocution et de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme.
Le/la Standardiste doit également posséder de bonnes compétences informatiques, puisqu’il/elle est amené(e) à utiliser différents logiciels tels que Word, Excel, Internet et Opera.
