Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced and confident Night Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity, working approximately 4–5 overnight shifts per week. As the senior leader on shift, you will take ownership of hotel operations overnight, ensuring the smooth running of the property while maintaining exceptional guest service, operational control and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all overnight hotel operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Leading and supporting the night team while fostering a professional and positive work environment.
  • Managing guest enquiries, feedback and escalations with confidence and care.
  • Completing the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Conducting regular property checks to maintain safety, security and operational standards.
  • Responding effectively to emergency situations and operational challenges as they arise.
  • Preparing accurate reports and handover documentation for the morning leadership team.
