The Property 

The Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Queen’s Park features 310 guestrooms and suites, featuring spacious layouts, floor-to-ceiling glazing and bespoke interiors with contemporary Thai influences.

The hotel is located along Sukhumvit Road, directly adjacent to the Emsphere complex within Bangkok’s EM District. Positioned within one of the city’s most vibrant and internationally recognized corridors, the hotel blends the refined luxury of the Conrad brand with the dynamic energy of Sukhumvit, reinforcing its status as a premier urban destination.

The property includes the signature conrad spa, fitness center and outdoor swimming pool, complemented by seven F&B outlets ranging from signature dining venues to a lobby lounge and a destination rooftop bar offering panoramic skyline views.

The Role

As Hotel Manager of Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Queen’s Park, you will uphold our brand pillars: Bold Design, Purposeful Service Passionately Delivered and Experiences with Impact. You will lead a team of executives, inspiring a culture of excellence, financial stewardship, and a guest experience that embodies our brand’s promise.

You provide operational oversight across daily hotel operations for a seameless guest experience and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Your eye for detail and passion for hospitality elevate every aspect of the guest journey. You lead with intent, ensuring experiences are elevated and emotionally resonant across all guest interactions.

Financially astute, you manage budgets with precision and adapt to evolving conditions with agility. You ensure compliance with quality and brand standards, while proactively implementing initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and protect our reputation.

What You Bring to Conrad Hotels & Resorts

• Proven Luxury Director of Operations or Hotel Manager in key APAC city destinations, Bangkok market experience highly preferred
• Proven pre-opening experience
• Successful track record of driving commercial returns, and guest engagement metrics
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
• Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement
• A proven track record of forming and leveraging business relationships with other luxury brands 
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members alike
