Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

• Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand-level cleanliness and presentation
• Working within the department by filling in for housekeeping, laundry and house person if needed
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment for quality and availability
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and procedures

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience Required; supervisory experience Preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
