Job Description

 

Are you organised, energetic and ready to kick-start your career in hotel sales?

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Novotel Melbourne Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, develop new skills and gain hands on experience in a fast paced hotel environment.

You don’t need to know everything already, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity and drive to learn. If you’re a people person who loves being organised, getting things done and working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!

 

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the organisational superstar behind our Sales team, helping keep everything moving and ensuring our clients receive great service.

Your day will include:

  • Supporting the Sales team with day to day administration and coordination
  • Responding to client enquiries and ensuring follow ups happen promptly
  • Maintaining accurate client, CRM and database information
  • Coordinating sales meetings, appointments and site inspections
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, reports and sales materials
  • Tracking sales opportunities and helping move them from “maybe” to “definitely!”
  • Assisting with sales campaigns, initiatives and business development activities
  • Helping the team stay organised, on track and ahead of the game
  • Working with colleagues across the hotel to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Taking on new challenges and learning more about hotel sales, events and business development every day

 

 

Qualifications

 

You might already have hotel or sales experience, or you might be ready to take the next step in your career.
