About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Marketing Communications Department in Doha, the Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Communications Manager in safeguarding brand integrity and ensuring the consistent application of Mandarin Oriental brand standards across all hotel assets. The role provides guidance on the correct use of brand logos and visual identity, ensuring all materials remain fully brand compliant. The position also supports content development by coordinating, consolidating, and maintaining marketing and communications content, while assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns in line with approved strategies and timelines. The Marketing Executive reports to the Marketing Communications Manager.

As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns, maintaining content calendars, media plans, campaign documentation, and brand-compliant marketing materials.
• Coordinate promotions, photography and videography projects, website content updates, and the management of the hotel’s image, video, and marketing asset libraries.
• Liaise with media, PR agencies, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, media exposure, and successful execution of advertising and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with public relations, reporting, budget administration, media relations, press releases, event support, and the delivery of quarterly marketing priorities and strategic objectives.

As Marketing Executive, we expect from you:

• Previous experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Marketing, or a related field, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
