Director, Human Resources

Description:

• Responsible primarily for planning organising and controlling the activities of Human Resources and training functions including formulating of policies identification of objectives and achievement of goals set forth by the management in relation to employment compensation and benefits
• learning and development labour relations and Team Member relations. Implementation of corporate Human Resources policies procedures rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proven expertise in recruitment employee relations and performance management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare HR Analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of HR budgeting workforce planning and personnel cost control.
• Proven track record in Employee Engagement Employer Branding and organizational culture development.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Professional proactive service-minded and able to work under pressure.
