As a Senior Lead Technical Manager, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the corporate systems team reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Systems, you will support projects including deployment of financial and procurement systems across the globe.

What you’ll do during a typical day:

• Lead complex initiatives by taking ownership of problems. These problems often span technology, process, and people. Guide them to resolution through structured plans and collaboration
• Bridge business and technology by working with team members to agree on requirements, review solution designs, and ensure proposed approaches are practical, and scalable
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration by facilitating meetings, building consensus across diverse teams, and bringing the right people together to move initiatives forward and unblock progress
• Lead delivery and quality through a mix of project management and hands‑on technical contribution

How you’ll collaborate with others:

• You will collaborate with a broad range of partners, being a bridge between core technology teams and business‑led technology initiatives
• You will collaborate with business technology & process teams, core technology teams, enterprise application and platform owners, external partners and SaaS vendors
• You will have a small team of contractors that report to you directly, but mostly this is an individual contributor role
