JOB SUMMARY
The Gardens & Grounds Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, management, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of all landscaped areas, gardens, green spaces, outdoor public areas, and estate grounds across the property.
This role ensures that all outdoor environments consistently reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality, creating exceptional guest experiences while preserving the property’s natural beauty and environmental sustainability commitments.
The Gardens & Grounds Manager oversees gardening operations, irrigation systems, specialist machinery and equipment, external contractors, suppliers, and the landscaping team, ensuring that all outdoor areas remain immaculate, safe, and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
