About the job
Based Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, the Junior Security Supervisor is responsible for responsible for overseeing daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of all guests, colleagues, and hotel property. This position supervises the Security Officers on duty, ensures compliance with established security procedures, and coordinates effectively with other departments to maintain a safe environment. The Security Supervisor also assists in training, incident response, and investigations, while ensuring that all security equipment and systems are functioning optimally. The Junior Security Supervisor reports to the Director of Security/ Assistant Security Manager.
