Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Pool & Beach Assistant Manager who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Pool & Beach Assistant Manager reports directly to the Director of Pool & Beach and is responsible for supervising the work of employees while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This includes managing the recreational experience, food and beverage service, and poolside amenities at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.

What you will do:

• The ability to supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service.
•   To ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demonstrated by all staff members.
•   To schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.
• Works closely with Engineering to maintain proper water quality and mechanical operation of the swimming and whirlpools.
• To order relevant guest supplies, including bathing suits, toiletries, and other amenities to ensure the Poolside par level allow for smooth operation.
