As People & Culture Manager – Colleague Relations, you will help shape an exceptional colleague experience by partnering with leaders on employee relations, engagement, recognition, and workplace culture. Through a visible and approachable presence, you will build strong relationships and champion Fairmont’s culture of care and hospitality.
This is a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible.
Pay Range: $72,000 – $85,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
