1. Greeting Guests: Welcoming visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.

3. Scheduling: Booking appointments or reservations, and coordinating meeting rooms.
4. Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, filing, and basic clerical duties.
5. Customer Assistance: Addressing inquiries or directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
6. Record Management: Maintaining logs and records, like visitor details or appointments.
7. Cash Handling (if applicable): Processing payments or handling petty cash.

• Education: Diploma Holder or Graduate in Hotel Management.
• Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years as GSA
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer (PMS) skills.
• Personality: Courteous, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.
