Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership
  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to resort standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning programs, and preventive maintenance routines.
• Team Management & Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.
• Guest Experience & Service Quality
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Support VIP arrivals and special arrangements with personalized housekeeping services.
• Administration & Resource Control
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies and amenities.
  • Monitor linen and laundry operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
