Picture yourself making a positive impact behind the scenes. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every day! As a Plumber, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the hotel’s plumbing systems and responding quickly to issues that affect comfort, safety, and operations.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• • Maintain plumbing systems: Ensure the proper operation of water supply, drainage, sewerage, hot water, and plumbing fixtures throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Respond to service requests: Promptly address guest and team member plumbing-related maintenance requests, minimizing disruption and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Perform plumbing repairs and installations: Diagnose and repair leaks, blocked drains, faulty fixtures, pumps, valves, pipework, and other plumbing equipment. Assist with plumbing installations and upgrades as required.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect plumbing systems and equipment to identify potential issues, improve reliability, and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  • Document maintenance activities: Accurately record inspections, repairs, and maintenance work completed, and report any issues requiring additional attention or specialist support.
  • Support hotel operations: Work collaboratively with the Engineering and Maintenance team to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
