Profil recherché:
* Formation supérieure en cuisine / arts culinaires.
* Expérience de 10 ans minimum dans un poste similaire dans une référence hôtelière de luxe.
* Solide maîtrise de la gestion d’une brigade importante et d’opérations culinaires diversifiées.
* Maîtrise des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et des standards HACCP.
* Excellentes compétences managériales, organisationnelles et financières.
* Sens aigu du détail, de la qualité et de l’excellence.
* Créativité, leadership, rigueur et forte orientation client.
* Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
