Minibar Waiter

At Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, we are looking for a Minibar Waiter to support the daily minibar operations by ensuring guest rooms are accurately and efficiently serviced in line with Hilton brand standards.

The Minibar Waiter is responsible for replenishing minibar items, recording consumption accurately, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout all guestroom minibar services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver minibar service to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
• Refill minibar items according to hotel standards and daily route plans
• Record minibar consumption accurately and report any discrepancies
• Ensure minibar items are properly stocked, rotated, and within expiry dates
• Maintain cleanliness and order of minibar trolley, storage areas, and equipment
• Follow all Hilton standards, health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Support guest satisfaction through professional and discreet service

Main Duties

• Service assigned guest rooms and replenish minibars daily
• Check minibar status in rooms (consumed, empty, or non-use)
• Accurately post consumed items using the required system
• Report missing, damaged, or expired items to the supervisor
• Ensure minibar setup is correct prior to guest arrival when required
• Maintain proper handling of stock and minimize breakages or wastage
• Assist with stock counting and basic inventory control tasks
• Communicate room-related issues with Housekeeping and In-Room Dining teams
• Keep minibar trolley clean, fully stocked, and ready for operation
• Follow all instructions given by supervisors and management

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in hotel operations, F&D, housekeeping, or room service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility
• Good time management and ability to follow daily routes
• Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently in guestroom areas
• Basic understanding of hygiene and stock handling procedures
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• English knowledge is an advantage
