Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests using the swimming pool and recreation facilities.
• Assist guests with towels, umbrellas and other pool amenities.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and presentation of the pool area, surrounding facilities and poolside furniture.
• Monitor the swimming pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with hotel pool rules and regulations.
• Observe pool activities and immediately respond to any safety concerns or emergencies.
• Provide basic first aid and emergency assistance when required, in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, equipment defects or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Check and maintain adequate supplies of towels, drinking water and pool amenities throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with requests, questions and information about hotel facilities, activities and services.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, including Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Wellness and Food & Beverage, to ensure smooth pool operations.
• Maintain professional knowledge of hotel facilities, wellness services, recreational activities and other guest services to provide accurate information.
