Job Summary

The People & Culture Welfare Officer is responsible for enhancing the overall employee experience by planning and coordinating welfare initiatives, engagement activities, accommodation programs, and employee well-being projects. The role also supports internal communications, employee surveys, event coordination, and reporting to promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Welfare & Engagement

• Plan, organize, and coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Support the implementation of employee well-being programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, and community activities.
• Promote employee participation in People & Culture initiatives.

Accommodation & Welfare

• Conduct employee accommodation inspections and satisfaction surveys.
• Monitor employee welfare concerns and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Work closely with departments to improve accommodation and welfare standards.

Internal Communication

• Design posters, announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Prepare employee communications for company events, campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Ensure communication materials follow company branding guidelines.
