About the Role
The Director of Finance serves as the property’s strategic financial business leader and a key advisor to the General Manager and ownership group. Responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions, this role ensures the hotel delivers strong financial performance while supporting the brand’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Beyond financial stewardship, the Director of Finance plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, driving profitability, and ensuring sound governance across the operation.
