職務概要（POSITION SUMMARY） 調理スタッフおよびキッチン従業員の業務を監督・調整する。料理の盛り付け方法を決定し、装飾的な料理ディスプレイを作成する。提供する料理の適切な分量、盛り付け、付け合わせが基準どおりであることを確認する。調理される料理の数量を管理・監視する。 レストランサービススタッフに対し、本日のおすすめメニューや品切れとなっているメニュー項目を共有する。特別食や代替メニューの調理を行う。調理スタッフやキッチンスタッフのさまざまな業務をサポートし、必要な食材や備品を提供する。 厨房備品および食材の在庫を管理・監視する。食品安全プログラムおよび食品管理に関するキッチン記録を維持・管理する。提供する料理の品質を確認し、製品が基準を満たしていない場合は上司へ報告する。 Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers.
