• Consistently deliver a high-quality culinary product.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience working in an Italian or European cuisine kitchen.
• Knowledge of preparing pasta pizza risotto and basic Italian sauces.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards (Food Safety/HACCP).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Detail-oriented punctual and responsible.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
