Reporting to the Resort Activities Manager, the Resort Activities Coordinator provides administrative, systems, revenue, and operational support for the Resort Activities department.
This role serves as the department’s Guest Experience Platform (UrVenue) Champion, ensuring activity products, schedules, inventory, pricing, and booking information are accurate and optimized for guest engagement and revenue performance. The Coordinator will also support the operation of the Adventure Center (opening May 2027), helping coordinate programming, guest inquiries, guide utilization, equipment readiness, activity departures, and interdepartmental communication.
The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to balance administrative responsibilities with the needs of a dynamic guest-focused operation.
