What will your mission be?

Ensure compliance with cleaning, disinfection and brand style standards both in the rooms and in the different areas of the hotel, in order to offer the required quality in customer service and contribute to the fulfillment of operational, economic and quality objectives, working in a team with high levels of performance.

What will your main responsibilities be? 

• Perform the cleaning and tidying of rooms, bathrooms and hallways in a qualified manner, as well as maintain the order of the clients’ belongings.
• Cleaning and tidying the different areas of the hotel.
• Control of materials, customer products, and communication to those responsible for anomalies in the facilities and lost items.
• Customer service within the scope of your area.

What are we looking for?

• Experience of at least one year as a chambermaid in 4* or higher hotels
• Customer and detail orientation
• Intermediate level of English preferred
• Proactivity and dynamism
• Teamwork
