As a Spa Therapist at Away Spa, you will deliver professional and personalized treatments that enhance guests’ well-being and relaxation. You will provide massages, body treatments, and wellness services while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with W Hotels’ luxury standards. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for wellness are essential.
Spa Services
-Perform massages, body treatments, and related spa services according to established standards.
-Assess guests’ needs, preferences, and health conditions to customize treatments.
-Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout each service.
-Maintain treatment schedules and prepare treatment rooms and workstations.Stay updated on spa techniques, trends, products, and maintain required certifications.
-Promote spa services and retail products.
-Maintain guest records and build lasting client relationships.
-Handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott policies.
Spa Environment
Set up, clean, and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.Ensure proper sanitation and safe storage of supplies.Report equipment issues and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Guest Relations
-Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service.
-Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly.
