•  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
•  Keep uniform in good condition – clean, presentable – and ensures standards of personal appearance and hygiene provide an example for the team and present a professional image to our guests.
•  Store luggage for the guests in the luggage room.
•  Ensure precise counting of group luggage upon arrival and departure.
•  To ensure the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from the guest’s room
•  Plan correct and fast distribution of luggage for groups and crews on the basis of rooming lists provided by front desk.
•  Maintain tidiness of the front of the house and luggage storage room.
•  Is responsible for receiving, distributing, sending and holding mail and messages.
•  Provide room orientation when escorting checked in guests
•  Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
•  Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

• フロントオブハウスおよび荷物保管室の整理整頓を維持する
• 郵便物やメッセージを受け取り、配布し、送信し、保管する責任を負う
• チェックインしたゲストを案内する際に部屋の説明を提供する
