Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms to Aloft brand standards.

Amenities Replenishment: Restock room supplies, linens, and complimentary items for arriving guests.

Cart Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping cart throughout the shift.

Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests, ensuring an exceptional stay.

Safety & Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to leadership.
Experience:

2 years of hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.

Flexibility: A strong commitment to open scheduling and a 7-day work week.

Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate weight, and stand/walk for extended periods.
