As an Accounting Clerk / General Cashier, you will play a key role in safeguarding the hotel’s cash assets while supporting the Accounts Payable function. This role ensures all disbursements, collections, and cash handling activities are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Summary:
The Accounting Clerk / General Cashier is responsible for managing Accounts Payable processes alongside the hotel’s daily cash handling operations. This includes processing vendor invoices, preparing payments, reconciling daily revenue deposits, and maintaining strict control over house banks, petty cash, and cash recycling operations. The role ensures accuracy, transparency, and full compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
