We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Tokyo, Japan. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily housekeeping operations across assigned guestroom floors ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Room Attendants and Housemen while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across assigned guestroom floors ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality
• Conduct thorough and systematic inspections of guest rooms to verify adherence to brand standards and organizational policies
• Monitor, guide, and support Room Attendants and Housemen in their daily duties, providing constructive feedback and coaching to maintain efficiency and quality standards
• Respond promptly and empathetically to guest requests and special instructions, ensuring all preferences are documented and followed with precision
• Train, develop, and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, health and safety protocols, grooming standards, and customer service excellence
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies, coordinating with procurement to prevent shortages and optimize resource utilization
• Identify, document, and follow up on maintenance issues, room discrepancies, and equipment concerns, collaborating with Engineering and Front Office teams for timely resolution
• Enforce proper use, care, and storage of housekeeping equipment and supplies, promoting a culture of responsibility and sustainability
• Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth room operations and efficient maintenance follow-ups
• Assist in planning staff schedules, task assignments, and workload distribution to optimize productivity and team morale
• Analyze performance metrics and quality standards, implementing improvements and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment that celebrates diversity and encourages open communication and collaboration

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting
• At least 1 year of proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a housekeeping department
