Be part of the team that keeps our hotel safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. As a PM Security Agent, you’ll be a trusted presence throughout the property, protecting our guests, employees, and hotel while responding confidently and professionally when it matters most.

Primary Duties:

• Patrol hotel property, including guest areas, back-of-house areas, parking areas, entrances, and other designated locations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Monitor hotel activity and respond promptly to security concerns, disturbances, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Provide a visible security presence throughout the property while maintaining a professional, approachable, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Respond to and document incidents involving guests, employees, property damage, accidents, injuries, suspicious activity, and other security-related matters.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports and maintain required security logs and documentation.
• Assist with emergency response procedures, including fire alarms, evacuations, medical emergencies, and other critical situations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas and assist with access control as needed.
• Support the safety of employees during evening operations, including responding to workplace concerns and providing escorts when appropriate.
• Assist guests and employees with lost and found inquiries and follow established procedures for securing and documenting recovered property.
• Monitor surveillance systems and other security equipment as assigned.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards, security concerns, or unusual conditions and promptly report or address concerns.
• Respond to noise complaints, guest disturbances, and other situations requiring security assistance in a calm and professional manner.
• Coordinate with hotel leadership and local emergency services or law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive guest, employee, and security-related information.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, emergency, and loss-prevention policies and procedures.
• Perform other security and safety-related duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
