ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Style Manager, as Style Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas.
As Style Supervisor, key aspects of your role will include:
• Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
• Update the status of room cleaning in OPERA
• Prioritise the cleaning of guest rooms to ensure operational efficiency
• Be a role model within the department, assisting the team to perform their role when required
• Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution
• Train Room Attendants, Public Area and Porters to become experts in their role
• Supervise the daily operation of the Style (Housekeeping) department
• Communicate and coordinate between Style, Welcome Office (Front Office) and Engineering to
ensure any guest or maintenance issues are logged and resolved
