The Director of Operations is expected to think beyond traditional restaurant management and operate as the Chief Executive of the business unit, constantly evaluating opportunities to improve competitiveness, increase market share, maximise revenue streams and strengthen guest loyalty. The Director of Operations reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
