Responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, portioning, and storing meat and poultry according to kitchen standards. Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures are followed at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the butchery area and equipment, control stock and minimize food waste, and support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
