About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, Events Executive is responsible for the overall administration for the events team. Assisting Director of Events Management (DOEM) in secretarial and administrative support and to work closely with all the event coordinators, have a close coordination for all support staff of the department, and overseeing the administrative operations of the team. The Events Executive will report to the Director of Events Management.
