• Responsible for the implementation of the maintenance programs for their hotels
• Responsible for the reactive and preventive maintenance of the Hotel site, to ensure it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all employees, guests and visitors
• Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with Accor’s quality requirements
• Perform effective diagnosis of breakdowns and organise a timely repair of equipment
• Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance to minimise unplanned downtime of equipment and rooms
• Document breakdowns, identifying root causes and bring remedial actions to help prevent recurring issues
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety as well as environmental regulations and procedures
• Undertake risk assessments of processes and tasks as needed and devise and implement safe systems of working to ensure the health and safety of staff, guests and visitors
• Organise and supervise team member in their day to day tasks, providing instructions and support, if needed
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
• Work with GMs to elaborate maintenance budget and ensure compliance of their hotel
